MediLeadGen collects only what is needed to pass your request to one practice: the treatment you choose, your ZIP code, when you would like to start, the best time to reach you, your name, phone number and email.

We do not ask for symptoms, medical history, date of birth or insurance details. Contact details are encrypted when stored. We do not use advertising pixels or Google Analytics on the request form, and we do not share your request with advertising platforms.

On our pages for practices (the home page, For practices, Resources and its articles, this privacy page and our terms) we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how those pages are used. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and your approximate location. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. Google Analytics does not run on the request form, the patient guides or the practice inbox. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our site, including the request form, is delivered through Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views on all our pages without cookies and without storing personal data.

We share your request with the one practice named in the consent box, and with no one else. We do not sell your request.

If no member practice offers your treatment near you yet, you can leave your request with us. We then only email you when a practice joins, and we ask you before sending your request to it.

We delete name, phone number and email from a request 12 months after you send it. We keep the record of your consent (its text, time, IP address and browser) for four years, because consent can be questioned for that long.

To ask what we hold, to correct it or to delete it, email [email protected].
